In December 2025, it was time to take the next step:

After completing Phase Two of the project, the partners met in Brno to reflect on the progress achieved so far and to consolidate the results of the focus groups conducted in the participating countries. Colleagues from the Technical University of Dresden, Masaryk University, the University of Wrocław, and the Catholic University of Lviv came together to synthesise the empirical findings and to identify shared patterns, challenges, and innovative practices emerging from the discussions with teachers.

The meeting in Brno marked the formal conclusion of the second project phase. The team systematically compared the focus group data, discussed cross-national similarities and differences, and linked the findings to relevant research in migration studies, inclusive education, and digital pedagogy. This analytical step allowed us not only to validate our interim results but also to sharpen the conceptual framework of the project.

Building on this foundation, the partners prepared the next phase of work. A central focus of the meeting was the development of the general structure of the course: defining its thematic modules, learning outcomes, methodological approach, and balance between theoretical input and practical application. By the end of the meeting, a coherent course architecture had been outlined, providing a clear roadmap for the upcoming development of teaching materials and pilot implementation.
